The trade name for the Asset Management Company has changed from Joint Capital Partners Co., Ltd. to Sekisui House SI Asset Management, Ltd. as of March 8, 2010 in accordance with the selection of new sponsors and transfer of shares.
Note2:
The trade name for the Invest Corporation has changed from Joint Reit Investment Corporation to Sekisui House SI Investment Corporation at the Fourth General Meeting of Unitholders held on June 30, 2010 in order to establish the Investment Corporation's brand image.
