April 19, 2005	Joint Capital Partners Co., Ltd. (now Sekisui House SI Asset Management, Ltd.) filed for the establishment of the Investment Corporation under Article 69 of the Law Concerning Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations.
April 20, 2005	Joint Reit Investment Corporation was established and registered under Article 166 of the Law Concerning Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations.
April 22, 2005	Application for registration under Article 188 of the Law Concerning Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations was submitted.
May 19, 2005	Registration under Article 187 of the Law Concerning Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations was approved (registration number: 33) by the Head of the Kanto Local Finance Bureau.
July 28, 2005	Joint Reit Investment Corporation was listed on the Real Estate Investment Trust Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (securities code: 8973).
August 25, 2008	Based on Article 13, Item 1, of Laws Related to Transfer of Bonds, etc(Note)., Joint Reit Investment Corporation agreed that investment units could be handled by the Japan Securities Depository Center, Inc.
June 30, 2010	The Investment Corporation's trade name was changed from Joint Reit Investment Corporation to Sekisui House SI Investment Corporation.
