Note1:
Joint Reit Investment Corporation (now Sekisui House SI Investment Corporation) was established on April 20, 2005. The issue price of investment units was 500,000 yen per unit at the time when Joint Reit (now Sekisui House SI) was established.
Note2:
Joint Reit (now Sekisui House SI) made a public offering of additional investment units at an issue price of 530,000 yen per unit (underwritten price of 508,800 yen per unit) for the purpose of funding new property acquisitions.
Note3:
In accordance with the public offering conducted on July 27, 2005, investment units were allocated to Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd. at an issue price of 508,800 yen per unit.
Note4:
Joint Reit (now Sekisui House SI) made a public offering of additional investment units at an issue price of 477,260 yen per unit (underwritten price of 460,215 yen per unit) for the purpose of funding new property acquisitions and the repayment of debt.
Note5:
In accordance with the public offering conducted on October 18, 2006, investment units were allocated to Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd. at an issue price of 460,215 yen per unit.
Note6:
Joint Reit (now Sekisui House SI) made a public offering of additional investment units at an issue price of 355,990 yen per units (under written price of 343,145 yen per units) for the purpose of funding new property acquisitions.
Note7:
In accordance with the public offering conducted on October 24, 2007, investment units were allocated to Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd. at an issue price of 343,145 yen per unit.
Note8:
Investment units were allocated through a third-party allotment of 7,800 units to Sekisui House Ltd. and 2,600 units to Spring Investors Co., Ltd. at an issue price of 174,936 yen per unit, for the purpose of providing part of the repayment funds for short-term borrowings procured in order to cover redemption funds for Joint Reit's (now Sekisui House SI's) 1st Series of Unsecured Bonds.
